Terms of Service

Effective: October 25, 2026

Welcome to SEPX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SEPX LIMITED. They govern your access to and use of the SEPX platform, applications, websites, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

SEPX is an adults-only service and it hosts adult content. Section 3 sets out the age requirement and section 6 sets out the rules for adult content.

1. Who We Are

SEPX is a communication platform that enables users to build communities, send messages, and share media. When we say "SEPX," "we," "us," or "our," we mean SEPX LIMITED. When we say "you" or "your," we mean you as a user of the Services.

SEPX LIMITED is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17367346. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom.

SEPX LIMITED is the company you contract with and the merchant of record for everything you buy on SEPX; the descriptor your statement shows depends on which processor took the payment, and is set out in section 7. It is also the data controller for personal data processed through the Services, registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number ZC212736. How SEPX LIMITED handles that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

SEPX LIMITED is an independent entity and the sole operator of SEPX.CC: it is the company you contract with and the merchant of record for every purchase. It is not owned, controlled or operated by SEPX LLC, and no parent-subsidiary or corporate-group relationship exists between the two. SEPX LLC (company number 10611201, registered in Delaware, United States) acts solely as an independent third-party provider of support and customer-service functions for SEPX.CC.

2. Documents That Form Part of These Terms

The following documents form part of these Terms and apply to your use of the Services. By agreeing to these Terms you agree to them as well:

If one of those documents conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail, except that the Acceptable Use Policy prevails on what content is allowed and the Refund & Cancellation Policy prevails on refunds and cancellation.

3. Age Requirements

SEPX is an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. Where the age of majority in your country is higher than 18, you must have reached that age instead.

We collect your date of birth during registration and check it against this requirement before an account is created. This applies to every sign-up method, including registration through a third-party provider such as Google or GitHub.

Before you can open or access adult content, you must also complete an age check with our verification provider. This applies to every account, wherever you are: we apply one standard everywhere rather than switching by country, so the check does not depend on correctly identifying where you are and is not defeated by a proxy or VPN. Section 6 sets out the rules for adult content, and our Privacy Policy explains what the check involves and what is kept.

This verification is mandatory before you can use any platform feature at all. From the moment your email address is verified, chat, channels, servers, direct messages and the dashboard all stay locked until the check returns approved; while it is outstanding you are routed to a dedicated verification screen and nothing else on SEPX is reachable. Access is not a preview: it is granted only once our verification provider has confirmed the result, which our systems record automatically when that confirmation arrives. If the check cannot be completed, access remains locked until it is; support can be reached from the verification screen itself.

The same verification also runs before you complete a purchase, whatever you are buying. That is a regulatory requirement placed on us as a seller; it is not a judgement about the item. It is the lighter of the two checks we use: a live capture of your face, from which our verification provider estimates whether you are over 18. No identity document is requested for a purchase, and no image of your face reaches us. If you have already completed the heavier document check — for example as a creator — you are not asked to verify again in order to buy. If the check does not pass, the purchase simply does not proceed and no payment is taken.

If you misrepresent your age, we will terminate your account under section 9. If we become aware that an account holder is under 18, we will suspend the account and delete the associated personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Your Account

To use most features of the Services you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or username to any other party without our prior written consent.

5. Content & Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant SEPX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, display, and perform Your Content solely to provide, develop, and improve the Services.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above and that Your Content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

Community Standards

You agree not to post, share, or otherwise make available content that:

  • Harasses, threatens, or abuses other users
  • Incites or promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on protected characteristics
  • Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including AI-generated imagery
  • Distributes malware, phishing content, or other malicious code
  • Violates applicable laws or the intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains misinformation likely to cause real-world harm

That is a summary. The full and binding list of prohibited content is in the Acceptable Use Policy.

We remove content that breaks these Terms and restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that break them repeatedly or seriously. Section 9 explains what we will tell you when we do, and how to appeal.

6. Adult Content

SEPX is an adults-only service.

Everyone with an account is 18 or over. Sexual content between consenting adults is permitted, subject to the conditions in this section and to the Acceptable Use Policy. Some categories are prohibited outright and we enforce that without exception.

What Is Permitted

You may publish sexual or otherwise adult content on SEPX only if all of the following are true:

  • Every person appearing in it was at least 18 years old when it was made.
  • Every person appearing in it consented to it being made and to it being published on SEPX, and has not withdrawn that consent.
  • You own the content or hold all the rights needed to publish it here.
  • You hold the age and consent records described below and can produce them when we ask.
  • You mark it as adult content using the controls we provide, so that other users' filtering settings work as they expect.

Content you did not create yourself may only be posted if you hold the rights and the consents for it. Finding something elsewhere on the internet is not a right to publish it here.

Strictly Prohibited Content

The following is prohibited everywhere on SEPX — in messages, direct messages, profiles, servers, channels, channel and server names and descriptions, custom emoji, stickers, bios, uploads and any other feature — regardless of consent, of who can see it, or of whether the space is private:

  • Any sexual content involving, or appearing to involve, a person under 18, in any medium — photographs, video, illustrations, written text, or AI-generated material — and any solicitation of sexual conduct with a person under 18. This is child sexual abuse material. We remove it, preserve the evidence, terminate the account and report it to the authorities.
  • Intimate images published without the consent of everyone shown — non-consensual intimate imagery — including images altered or generated to depict a real person ("deepfakes"), and content whose subject has since withdrawn consent.
  • Content produced or distributed through coercion, trafficking, or exploitation.
  • Bestiality — sexual content involving animals, whether real, drawn, animated or generated.
  • Coprophilia ("scat") — sexual or fetish content involving human waste, faeces, defecation or bodily excretions, in any medium and under any name.
  • Sexual content involving corpses, and real (non-simulated) violence, serious injury, or death.

This section names the categories most often asked about; it is not exhaustive. The full and binding list of prohibited categories is in the Acceptable Use Policy; where the two differ, that list applies. Accounts that post any of the categories in this section are terminated immediately, without a warning, and the content is reported to the authorities where the law requires it. Breaking this section may also expose you to criminal or civil liability.

Verification Before Publishing

Before an account may upload into an adult channel it must pass the stricter of our two identity checks: a government-issued identity document together with a selfie, in every case. That is more than we ask of someone who is only viewing or buying, and the reason is the obligations in this section: the record-keeping and consent duties below can only be placed on someone whose identity has actually been established.

Verification is carried out by our verification provider. What is processed, what reaches us, and how long it is kept is set out in our Privacy Policy and in our Age Verification Policy.

Age and Consent Records

If you publish adult content, you must keep records showing that every person depicted was at least 18 when the content was made and consented to it being produced and published. You must provide those records to us on request; until you do, we may remove the content and restrict your account. What we require, how long you must keep it, and how to send it is set out in our Age & Consent Records statement.

If you appear in content on SEPX and did not consent to it being published, or you have withdrawn your consent, contact our Content Removal Agent at support@sepx.cc. We acknowledge these reports within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days — resolved meaning the content is removed where the request is upheld, not merely that a decision has been recorded. You do not need an account to make such a report.

Child Safety — Zero Tolerance

Child sexual abuse material is never permitted, in any form, for any reason.

This covers every medium without exception — photographs, video, illustrations, written text, AI-generated imagery — and any attempt to solicit, arrange, or normalise sexual contact with a person under 18. There is no private space, no age-gate, and no consent that makes it acceptable.

We remove this content on detection or report, preserve the evidence, terminate the account, and refer the case — with the account identifiers, IP addresses and content hashes needed to act on it — to law enforcement and to the child-protection authority competent for the jurisdictions involved. We comply with lawful requests for account information.

An account terminated on this ground is not reinstated. You may still appeal under section 9, but the only outcome an appeal can produce is correction of a factual error — for example that we identified the wrong account or the wrong content.

8. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or another user's account
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Services without our written consent
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Impersonate any person, entity, or SEPX itself
  • Sell, license, or commercialize content or data obtained from the Services
  • Abuse, circumvent, or interfere with our security, moderation, or payment systems
  • Use the Services to facilitate spam, phishing, fraud, or financial scams

9. Enforcement & Appeals

If we believe you have broken these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may remove or restrict access to the content concerned, limit who can see it, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend your account, or terminate it. We choose the least restrictive measure that addresses the problem, taking into account how serious the breach is and whether it has happened before.

We Tell You What We Did and Why

When we act against your content or your account, we tell you what we did, which content or behaviour it concerned, which rule we relied on, whether automated tools were used in reaching the decision, and how to appeal. We delay that notice only where giving it would obstruct a law enforcement investigation or put someone at risk of harm.

Appeals

You can appeal any of these decisions by replying to the notice we send you or by emailing support@sepx.cc. Tell us what you think we got wrong and send us anything that supports your case. We decide appeals within 14 days of receiving them and give you reasons for the outcome.

Where a decision that significantly affects you was made or supported by automated means, a person who was not involved in the original decision reviews it on appeal. You can ask for that human review, put your point of view, and contest the outcome. If we find we were wrong, we restore the content or the account and remove the related warning or strike from your record.

Appealing to us does not affect your right to complain to a regulator or to bring a claim in court (section 13).

10. Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time through your account settings. Cancel any subscription first (section 7) — deleting the account does not by itself stop a subscription from renewing. Deleting your account does not automatically delete all data — please review our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you break these Terms, if your use puts other users or the platform at serious risk, or if the law requires it. We give you notice of the decision, the reasons for it, and the appeal described in section 9. We may act first and send that notice immediately afterwards where the content is illegal, where someone is at risk of harm, or where a court, a regulator, or a payment provider requires it.

If we suspend or terminate your account for a reason that is not your fault — for example because we stop offering the Services where you live — we refund the unused part of any period you have already paid for.

11. Availability

The Services are operated from the United Kingdom by SEPX LIMITED and are offered from there. We make no representation that the Services, or any content on them, are lawful or appropriate anywhere else.

We may restrict or block access to the Services, or to parts of them, from particular territories — including where the law there requires it, where we cannot meet a local licensing or age-verification requirement, or where a payment, hosting, or regulatory partner requires it. We may do this without advance notice where the law leaves us no choice.

You are responsible for complying with the law of the place from which you use the Services. Adult material is restricted or unlawful in some countries; if that is the case where you are, you must not use the Services to access it. Using a proxy, VPN, or similar tool to get around a territorial restriction we have applied is a breach of these Terms.

We do not promise that the Services will be available without interruption. We may suspend access for maintenance and may change or discontinue features.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEPX AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these Terms do not affect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of the Services, are governed by the law of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that part of the United Kingdom.

Please contact us before going to court — most problems are quicker to resolve directly, and section 9 sets out the appeal route for moderation decisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms — for example to reflect a change in the law, in the Services, or in how we handle content. The version in force always carries its effective date at the top of this page.

Where a change is material, we will tell you in the product before it takes effect, and by email where we hold a verified address for you, and we will state the date the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Services on or after that date means you accept the changed Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Services; you can cancel a subscription under section 7 before that date.

Changes required by law, or needed to deal with a safety or security risk, may take effect immediately. We will still tell you about them.
