Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) says what may and may not be published or done on SEPX. It applies to every user, server, channel, direct message, upload, bot and API client, and it is incorporated into the Terms of Service — breaking it breaks the Terms.

1. SEPX is an adult platform

SEPX is restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 to hold an account, and everyone depicted in sexual content published here must have been at least 18 when it was made.

Sexual content between consenting adults is permitted, subject to section 2. It belongs in spaces set up for it, must be marked as sensitive so that filtering works, and must never be sent to someone who has not asked for it — see the Community Guidelines.

The categories in section 2 are prohibited outright. They are prohibited in every space on SEPX, including private servers and one-to-one messages, whether or not everyone involved agrees.

2. Prohibited sexual content

Never publish, upload, link to, sell, request or trade any of the following.

These categories are prohibited outright. Publishing any of them is a breach of the Terms of Service that results in immediate termination of the account, without a warning, and the content is reported to the authorities where the law requires it.

This list is not exhaustive. If content is illegal where it is produced, where it is stored or where it is seen, it is prohibited here too.

  • Any sexual or sexualised content involving a minor, or anyone who appears to be a minor — real, drawn, animated or generated. This includes content that sexualises childhood through clothing, setting or dialogue. We remove it, preserve the evidence, terminate the account and report it to the authorities.
  • Content published without the consent of everyone in it, including non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”), leaked or stolen private material, and content whose subject has since withdrawn consent.
  • Sexual deepfakes and other synthetic sexual imagery of a real, identifiable person made without that person’s consent.
  • Content produced through coercion, deception, blackmail, trafficking or forced prostitution, or by anyone who was not free to refuse.
  • Depictions of rape or sexual violence presented as real, and content that recasts sexual violence as consensual after the fact.
  • Sexual content involving a participant who is unconscious, asleep, drugged, intoxicated to the point of incapacity, or otherwise unable to consent.
  • Bestiality: sexual content involving animals, whether real, drawn, animated or generated.
  • Coprophilia (scat): sexual or fetish content involving human waste, faeces, defecation or bodily excretions — in any medium and under any name (“scat”, “scat play”, “coprophilia”, and their variants).
  • Sexual content involving corpses.
  • Incest, and content framed as sex between close family members.
  • Sexual content that depicts or promotes the use of illegal drugs during the act.
  • Escort advertising, prostitution solicitation, and any offer to exchange sexual services for money, goods or platform items — including arranging it here to complete it elsewhere.
  • Voyeurism: hidden-camera, upskirt, changing-room and other recordings made without the subject’s knowledge, and content presented as such.
  • Doxxing or de-anonymising a performer: publishing a performer’s legal name, address, workplace or family against their wishes, or threatening to.

4. Prohibited content generally

  • Content that is illegal under applicable law, or that instructs, encourages or offers help to commit a crime.
  • Harassment, threats of violence, stalking, and content organising a pile-on against a person.
  • Doxxing: publishing someone’s private personal information — legal name, home or work address, phone number, identity documents, financial details — without their consent.
  • Hate speech: attacking or dehumanising people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
  • Content promoting or celebrating violent extremism, terrorism or mass violence, and material produced by proscribed organisations.
  • Content encouraging suicide, self-harm or disordered eating, including instruction in methods.
  • Malware, exploits, phishing kits, credential dumps, and anything built to compromise other users, their devices or our systems.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, including pirated media, cracked software and leaked paid content. See the Copyright / DMCA policy.
  • Offers to sell controlled drugs, weapons, stolen data, forged documents or hacked accounts.

5. Prohibited behaviour

  • Spam, unsolicited mass messaging, mass invite or friend blasts, and artificially amplifying content.
  • Fraud and scams, including fake giveaways, payment scams, and impersonating a person, a company or SEPX staff.
  • Evading a ban, suspension, block or rate limit, including by making another account.
  • Selling, buying, renting or transferring accounts, and sharing credentials with anyone the account was not issued to.
  • Automated access that ignores rate limits, scrapes user data, or drives a bot, self-bot or API client to break any part of this policy.
  • Interfering with the service: denial of service, probing or testing our security without written permission, or bypassing paywalls, age gates and access controls.
  • Using SEPX to launder money, or to move funds under cover of a purchase.

6. Server owners and moderators

If you run a server you are responsible for what happens in it. Use the role, permission, auto-moderation and audit-log tools to keep it inside this policy, act on your members’ reports, and set clear rules for adult spaces.

A server whose owners tolerate prohibited content — or that exists to distribute it — is removed, along with the accounts running it.

7. Enforcement

We can remove content, restrict who can see it, disable features, suspend an account, or terminate it and the servers it owns. What we do depends on how serious the breach is, whether anyone was harmed, and whether it has happened before. The escalation ladder is set out in the Community Guidelines.

Content in the categories in section 2 is actioned on the first occurrence, without a warning, and reported where the law requires it. Accounts that post any category in section 2 — including scat/coprophilia, bestiality and non-consensual content — are terminated immediately.

8. Notice and appeal

When we act against your content or your account we tell you what was removed or restricted and which rule it broke, unless saying so would be unlawful or would prejudice an investigation.

You can appeal. Reply to the notice, or write to support@sepx.cc quoting its reference, and say what you think we got wrong. Appeals are decided by someone who was not part of the original decision, within 14 days. Where we got it wrong we restore the content and clear the record.

9. Reporting a breach

Use the report control in the app, or email support@sepx.cc. Reports are read by people, not only by filters. First response within 1 business day. Where you report a specific message in the most serious categories from inside the app, that message is hidden automatically while a moderator reviews it.

If you are shown in content published here without your agreement, you do not need an account and you do not need the in-app report: use the Content Removal procedure. Requests made that way are acknowledged within 24 hours and go to the front of the moderation queue, ahead of ordinary reports. They are reviewed by a person and resolved within 5 business days — resolved meaning the content is removed where the request is upheld, not merely that a decision has been recorded — and we tell you the outcome.

10. Changes and contact

We update this policy as the platform and the law change; material changes are announced in the service before they take effect. Questions: Legal & Compliance, support@sepx.cc — SEPX LIMITED, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom.
