Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Everything paid for on SEPX is sold by SEPX LIMITED. This policy explains your statutory right to cancel under UK consumer law, when that right ends, how refunds are paid for each payment method, and how to stop a recurring subscription.

1. Who you are buying from

Every paid item on SEPX is sold to you by SEPX LIMITED as merchant of record. It is the contracting party, it takes the payment, and it is responsible to you for delivery and for refunds.

SEPX LIMITED is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17367346. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom.

SEPX LIMITED is an independent entity and the sole operator of SEPX.CC: it is the company you contract with and the merchant of record for every purchase. It is not owned, controlled or operated by SEPX LLC, and no parent-subsidiary or corporate-group relationship exists between the two. SEPX LLC (company number 10611201, registered in Delaware, United States) acts solely as an independent third-party provider of support and customer-service functions for SEPX.CC.

2. What you can buy, and how you can pay

You can pay by card — processed by Segpay — or from your USD credit balance. Which methods are offered depends on the item; the processor handling your payment is named on the checkout screen before you pay. USD credit is a balance you can spend here; it is not itself sold as a top-up. We do not take cryptocurrency for purchases; we use it only to pay partners what they have earned.

  • Monthly platform roles — recurring subscriptions that unlock features and cosmetics across the platform.
  • Monthly server roles — recurring subscriptions to a role inside a particular server.
  • Per-channel access — access to a partner’s paid channel.
  • Pay-to-view media — an individual attachment or post, or a bundle of them, unlocked by a single payment.
  • Serial keys — a listing where a key or credential is released to you on payment.

3. Your statutory right to cancel

If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. The period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made — for us, the day your order is confirmed.

You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to use any particular form of words. Any clear statement that you are cancelling is enough: an email, the model form in section 5, or a message to our billing contact. What matters is that it is clear and that you send it before the period ends.

Where you cancel in time and the right has not ended under section 4, we refund everything you paid for that purchase, by the same means you paid, within 14 days of being told. There is no cancellation fee.

Your right to cancel attaches to the contract you entered into when you bought. Once it has ended, later renewal charges under the same subscription do not restart it — you can still stop renewals at any time (section 8), and unintended renewals are covered by section 7.

4. When the right to cancel ends

Everything sold here is digital content or a digital service supplied immediately. Under regulation 37(2) of the same Regulations, your right to cancel ends once supply has begun, provided that before supply began you expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel.

We ask for that consent at checkout, in these words: “I want access immediately. I understand that once access is provided I lose my 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.” You cannot complete a purchase without agreeing to it, and we record against your order which version of the wording you were shown.

If you were never asked for that consent, or if supply has not begun, the full right survives. No “all sales are final” wording anywhere on this site overrides it.

5. Model cancellation form

You may use this form, but you do not have to. Copy it, fill in the parts in brackets, and send it to our billing contact.

To SEPX LIMITED, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom, support@sepx.cc:

I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following digital service: [describe what you bought].

Ordered on [date] / access received on [date].

Name of consumer: [your name]. Address of consumer: [your address]. Account email or username: [so that we can find the order].

Signature of consumer (only if this form is sent on paper). Date: [date].

This is the model cancellation form set out in Schedule 3 to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, adapted for digital purchases.

6. How refunds are paid

Where a statutory refund under section 3 is due and you do not want credit, say so and we will agree another means of repayment with you. We do not use platform credit to avoid a refund the law requires us to make in money.

If you hold an older purchase that was paid on-chain, tell us: a confirmed blockchain payment cannot be reversed by anyone, so a refund for one is agreed with you individually — normally as USD credit of equivalent value, unless the law requires otherwise.

  • Card (Segpay): refunded to the card you paid with. We issue it within 14 days; how quickly it shows on your statement is up to your bank, usually 5–10 business days.
  • USD credit balance: refunded to your credit balance, where the purchase was paid from it.

7. Refunds outside the statutory right

These are fault-based or goodwill, not statutory. Ask us and we will look at it.

  • Duplicate or double charges: refunded in full once verified.
  • Charges you did not authorise: we secure the account first, then refund once verified.
  • Access you paid for that was never delivered and that we cannot deliver: refunded in full. See the Delivery of Access policy.
  • A renewal you did not intend and have not used: tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will consider it case by case.
  • A subscription benefit we materially withdraw mid-term: cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of the period.
  • We do not refund purchases on an account suspended or terminated for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy or the Community Guidelines.

8. How to cancel a subscription

Open the Shop — the “$” button at the bottom of the server bar on the left — and switch to the Subscriptions tab. Every subscription you hold is listed under “My Subscriptions” with a cancel control. Confirming stops the next renewal. The Shop stays reachable for this even when purchases are unavailable.

This is not the same as statutory cancellation under section 3. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, you keep the role and its benefits until then, and you are not charged again. We send a confirmation email.

If the cancel control does not work, or the subscription was set up outside the app, email support@sepx.cc before the next renewal date and we will cancel it for you.

You can also cancel without signing in here. Our payment processor runs a self-service portal at https://cs.segpay.com/ where you can look up a charge using the details on your statement, contact billing support and cancel the subscription directly.

9. Guest purchases

Some items can be bought from a payment link without an account: you give an email address and pay, and we create the account afterwards and email the login details to that address. If the address already has an account, the purchase is added to it and no new account is made.

Guest buyers have exactly the same cancellation and refund rights as account holders. To cancel, email support@sepx.cc from the address you paid with, or log in with the details we sent you and use the Subscriptions tab.

Always tell us the email address you paid with — it is how a guest order is found.

10. Chargebacks

Card payments taken through Segpay appear on your statement as “SegpayUK.com *SEPXLIMITED”. If a line on your statement is unfamiliar, those are the descriptors to look for; if what your bank shows differs, tell us and we will identify the charge for you.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually fix a billing problem within a day, where a chargeback takes weeks. We may suspend paid access while a dispute is open, and we will give the processor the purchase and delivery records for the order.
