Contact & Company Information
This page identifies the company you contract with and pay, the named roles you can write to, how long we take to reply, how a charge from us appears on your statement, and how to cancel, complain, or have content taken down. It is the single reference page for anyone — customer, cardholder, regulator, payment processor or card scheme — who needs to know who is behind SEPX and how to reach them.
SEPX is an adults-only service and it hosts adult content. Section 8 sets out the age restriction and what is never permitted here.
1. Who You Are Contracting With
SEPX is operated by SEPX LIMITED. SEPX LIMITED is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17367346. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom.
SEPX LIMITED is the merchant of record for every purchase made on SEPX: it is the party to your Terms of Service, the seller on your receipt, the entity that takes your payment, and the entity that issues refunds. It is also the data controller for personal data processed through the Services, registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC212736.

2. Company Structure & Entities
SEPX LIMITED is an independent entity and the sole operator of SEPX.CC: it is the company you contract with and the merchant of record for every purchase. It is not owned, controlled or operated by SEPX LLC, and no parent-subsidiary or corporate-group relationship exists between the two. SEPX LLC (company number 10611201, registered in Delaware, United States) acts solely as an independent third-party provider of support and customer-service functions for SEPX.CC.
In short: SEPX LIMITED is an independent entity and the sole operator of SEPX.CC. Neither SEPX LLC nor any other company owns, controls or is the parent of SEPX LIMITED. No ownership, parent-subsidiary or corporate-group relationship exists between the two. SEPX LLC holds no interest in SEPX LIMITED and provides support and customer-service functions only.

3. How to Reach Us
Each function below is a named role. Writing to the address shown reaches the team responsible for it — put the role in the subject line if your message could belong to more than one.
- Customer Support — support@sepx.cc. Accounts, access problems, bugs, and anything not covered below.
- Billing & Refunds — support@sepx.cc. Charges, invoices, refunds, cancellations and unrecognised statement entries. Quote the order reference from your receipt, or the date and amount of the charge.
- Data Protection Contact — support@sepx.cc. Data protection requests under the UK GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection — and any complaint about how we handle personal data.
- Content Removal Agent — support@sepx.cc. Requests to take content down, including from people depicted in it and from anyone who has withdrawn consent. The form at /content-removal reaches the same team and needs no account.
- DMCA Designated Agent — support@sepx.cc. Copyright infringement notices and counter-notices.
- Legal & Compliance — support@sepx.cc. Law enforcement requests, regulatory and card-scheme correspondence, record-keeping enquiries, moderation appeals and service of legal documents.
Postal correspondence, including service of legal documents, should be addressed to the Legal & Compliance at:
SEPX LIMITED 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom
4. Support & Response Times
Support is provided by email and through our ticket system. Every request is answered in writing, so both sides keep a record of what was said. We do not operate a telephone support line, and we deliberately do not publish a number we could not staff — a number that rings out is worse than no number. Billing enquiries about a card charge can also be taken up with the payment processor directly, through the self-service portal in section 5.
- Open a support ticket — no account required; you can submit a ticket as a guest and we reply by email.
- Report content for removal — no account required, and reachable by anyone depicted in content.
- Email support@sepx.cc if you would rather not use a form.
These are the response times we publish and work to:
- First response to a support request: 1 business day.
- Illegal content, and requests from people depicted in content: acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 5 business days.
- Appeals against a moderation decision: decided within 14 days.
- Refunds we have accepted: issued within 14 days.
5. Billing & Payments
SEPX LIMITED is the merchant of record for every purchase. All prices are stated and charged in US dollars (USD) and are shown in full before you pay. Where VAT or another sales tax applies, it is calculated from your billing location and shown on the payment page before you confirm. If your account is not held in US dollars, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee; we do not control either.
How the Charge Appears
The processor handling your payment is named on the checkout screen before you pay, and this is the descriptor it prints:
- Segpay — Charges appear on your card statement as SegpayUK.com *SEPXLIMITED.
If a line on your statement is unfamiliar, those are the descriptors to look for. If what your bank shows differs and you cannot place the charge, email support@sepx.cc with the date and amount and we will identify it for you.
Who Processes the Payment
Card payments are processed by Segpay. The processor handling your payment is named on the checkout screen before you pay. You can also pay from your USD credit balance where the item allows it. We do not take cryptocurrency for purchases.
- Segpay — card payments, subscription billing, refunds and cardholder billing support. Cardholder self-service portal: https://cs.segpay.com/
Recurring Charges
Platform roles and server roles are sold as subscriptions that renew automatically every month until you cancel them. The price and the renewal terms are shown before you buy. Each renewal is taken from the payment method on file, at the price that applied when you subscribed unless we have told you about a price change beforehand; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. Per-channel access, pay-to-view media and serial keys are one-off purchases and do not recur.
Before you pay, we ask you to confirm: "I want access immediately. I understand that once access is provided I lose my 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013." That confirmation is recorded against your order, together with the version of the wording you were shown.
6. Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel at any time and you do not need to contact us to do it. Cancelling stops the next renewal: the subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, you keep the role and its benefits until then, and you are not charged again. There is no cancellation fee. We send a confirmation email.
- In the app: open the Shop — the "$" button at the bottom of the server bar on the left — and switch to the Subscriptions tab. Every subscription you hold is listed under “My Subscriptions” with a cancel control.
- Without signing in: the payment processor runs a self-service portal at https://cs.segpay.com/ where you can look up a charge using the details on your statement, contact billing support and cancel the subscription directly. Use this if you have lost access to the account, or if you only recognise the charge from your statement.
- By email: write to support@sepx.cc before the next renewal date and we will cancel it for you. Tell us the email address you paid with.
Deleting your account does not by itself stop a subscription from renewing — cancel first. Guest buyers who paid from a payment link without creating an account have exactly the same cancellation rights: email support@sepx.cc from the address you paid with, or sign in with the details we sent you.
7. Refunds & Chargebacks
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel and get your money back, without giving a reason. Because access is supplied immediately and you consent to that at checkout, that right ends once supply begins — but if you were never asked for the consent, or supply has not begun, the full right survives. No “all sales are final” wording anywhere on this site overrides it.
Where a refund is due we make it to your original payment method within 14 days of accepting the cancellation; how quickly it shows on your statement is up to your bank, usually 5–10 business days. Duplicate charges, unauthorised charges and access we could not deliver are refunded in full once verified. The complete position — including the model cancellation form — is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually fix a billing problem within a day, where a chargeback takes weeks. Email support@sepx.cc with the date and amount of the charge and the account email you used. We may suspend paid access while a dispute is open, and we will give the processor the purchase and delivery records for the order.
8. Adults Only
SEPX is restricted to adults — 18 and over.
Date of birth is required at sign-up. Before an account can open or upload to an adult channel it must also pass a check carried out by an independent identity-verification provider against a government-issued identity document; that check happens on the provider's systems and we never receive or store the document itself. This site is labelled RTA-5042-1996-1400-1577-RTA so that consumer filtering software can block it.
Sexual content between consenting adults is permitted in the spaces set up for it, and must be marked as adult so that other users' filtering works. Everyone depicted in it must have been at least 18 when it was made, must have consented to it being made and published here, and the publisher must hold and be able to produce the age and consent records described in our Age & Consent Records statement.
The following is never permitted, anywhere on SEPX, regardless of consent, of who can see it, or of whether the space is private:
- Any sexual content involving, or appearing to involve, a person under 18, in any medium — photographs, video, illustrations, written text, or AI-generated material — and any solicitation of sexual conduct with a person under 18. We remove this on detection or report, preserve the evidence, terminate the account, and refer the case to law enforcement and to the competent child-protection authority.
- Intimate images published without the consent of everyone shown, including images altered or generated to depict a real person.
- Content produced or distributed through coercion, trafficking or exploitation.
- Sexual content involving animals, and real (non-simulated) violence, serious injury or death.
That list is a summary. The full and binding list is in the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Reporting & Content Removal
Anyone can ask us to take content down, whether or not they hold an account here, and without giving a reason where the request comes from someone depicted in the content.
- In the app: use the reporting controls on the message, upload, profile or server concerned.
- Without an account: the content removal form, which reaches the Content Removal Agent directly.
- By email: support@sepx.cc for illegal content, for content that shows you without your consent, and to withdraw consent you gave earlier.
- Copyright: support@sepx.cc reaches the DMCA Designated Agent; the procedure is in our Copyright / DMCA Policy.
Requests from people depicted in content, and reports of illegal content, are acknowledged within 24 hours, put at the front of the moderation queue ahead of ordinary reports, and resolved within 5 business days — resolved meaning the content is removed where the request is upheld, not merely that a decision has been recorded. Consent is not permanent: withdrawing it ends the consent it relates to, and re-uploading the content under the original release is a further breach we act on.
10. Complaints & Appeals
When we act against your content or your account we tell you what we did, which rule we relied on, whether automated tools were used, and how to appeal. You can appeal by replying to that notice or by emailing support@sepx.cc. We decide appeals within 14 days and give reasons. Where the original decision was made or supported by automated means, a person who was not involved in it reviews it.
Complaints about a charge, a refund or a cancellation go to support@sepx.cc; complaints about anything else go to support@sepx.cc. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, say so in reply and it is escalated to the Legal & Compliance team.
Complaining to us does not affect your right to complain to a regulator or to bring a claim in court. Data protection complaints can go to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
11. Data Protection
SEPX LIMITED is the controller for personal data processed on SEPX, registered with the ICO under registration number ZC212736. Address data protection requests — access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection — and any complaint about how we handle personal data to the Data Protection Contact at support@sepx.cc, or by post to the registered office in section 1.
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with — including the payment processors named in section 5 — and where it is transferred is set out in our Privacy Policy. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or on 0303 123 1113.
12. Law Enforcement & Legal Notices
Law enforcement requests, regulatory correspondence, card-scheme and payment-processor compliance enquiries, and service of legal documents go to the Legal & Compliance team at support@sepx.cc, or by post to:
SEPX LIMITED 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom
Record-keeping enquiries for content published on SEPX go to SEPX LIMITED at the same address, which is the point of contact for demands and enquiries about age and consent records. This is a point of contact, not custody: those records are held by the publisher of the content — see the Age & Consent Records statement. Where we obtain records, we pass them to law enforcement, to regulators and to card-scheme compliance reviewers acting under their programme rules, on a lawful request, and to nobody else.
13. Legal Documents
Every policy that governs your use of SEPX, in one list. They are also linked from the footer of every page.
